Well, I have been trying to make small changes and I amazingly I am still positive about them. Things are going good, I am on:
week 5 of bringing a lunch/healthy snacks to work each day
week 4 of making sure I drink enough water every day (only slipped up a couple days)
week 3 of taking calcium in some form each & every day
week 1 of water aerobics class twice a week
So far, I have managed to start and keep all of these habits w/o too much of a struggle. I always say 'take baby steps', make little changes over time and not try to change everything at once...this time I am trying to really apply my own advice.
My journey is just starting, stay tuned :)
