Off to a bad start!!!

Got Cellulitis in my legs again, the pain is so much worse with the infection!!! & I've had a sinus headache for last 2-3 days & all I want to do is sleep!!!

Sooo, I've got about 1/2 wk to catch up & earn my points! I can do this!!!!!

We've got a couple new members, almost enough to start another team!

    Camp is just starting. Don't try to catch up. More important that you take care of yourself and get better.

Hello, from Camp Lose~A~Lot!!!

Finally went to ER yest bout my legs(actually DH insisted I go). Got Cellulitis A G A I N !!!, they dry wrapped them. I also have poisin ivy on 1 leg. Dr said to sit & elevate legs atleast 15 min ev hour.

Said I could do low impact ex if not severe pain, I'm gonna get some bikein done today, maybe some WATP or Yoga!??!!

ST just hit me while at Walmart, getting my meds, I got so depressed bout my wt & not bein able to get rid of it!!! So I bought a jar of Whey Protein & a jar of soy Protein. I also stocked up on vegs, eggs, tuna, hotdogs. I'm gonna go back on the low carb diet.

I've got to do ST my sugar was 200 yest & 154 fasting this a.m.!

I did get in some walking yest, grocery, dollar zone, & Walmart, over 2 hrs but since some time was standing & looking, I'm only counting 30 min.

I am sooo determined to get this wt off!!!

    Sorry about the cellulitis honey! I have had it and I know it is very uncomfortable! Follow Drs orders and be sure to put the medicine on it!

Well, I'm starting the 1st day of our camp at 340.0 lbs! my highest wt yet!!! BOOOO HOOOO!!!!

Ohhh Welll, I know I'm gonna lose this wt once & for ever!!! I'm gonna get healthy!!! I'm gonna have fun doin it!!!!

Here's a little info about our 1st wk


~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Wk 1 Camp Goals *~*~*~*~*~*~*~

~~a. Move - 20 min thru out day - 3 X/wk (walk, bike, gym, weights,swim, etc)(2 x 10 min, 4 x 5 min - if you have to, u can do 10 min 6x wk) - Goal 60 points!

~~b. Float - 10 min thru out day - 3 X wk ( yoga, stretching, meditateing, etc)(2X 5 min, 5 X 2 min, 10 X 1 min,etc) - Goal 30 points!

~~c. Fruit/Vegs - 3X day 5 X wk ( to start it's just 3 of either/both, later it will be so many fruit & so many vegs!) - Goal 15 points

~~d. Protein - 20g 5X wk (can be protein shakes/bars, meat, beans, Pnut butter, etc) - Goal 100 points

~~e. Water - 8 c 5X wk ( must be water, o carb energy, vitamin water - 1 c/day may be a low carb energy, vitamin water - these do not count as water... juices, gatorade, soda, coffee, tea, ect - they may be drunk for fluid, but not counted as water!) - Goal 64 points

~~f. De-Clutter - 15 min 3X wk (use a timer, sorry no more goal points avail.)- Goal 45 points

~~g. Daily Chore - 15 min 5X wk (this is things that you do ev day(or should!LOL!)use timer, sorry no more than goal points avail.) - Goal 75 points

~~h. Weekly Chore - 15 min 5X wk (this is things that you do on different day each wk ( Mon- home blessing hour, Wed- Just do it - paperwork, etc) use your timer, sorry no more than goal points avail.) - Goal 75 points

~~i. Pamper - 1 min 5X wk ( set timer for 1 min, sit , close eyes, clear mind, & relax for 1 min.)sorry, no more than goal points avail.) - Goal 5 points

~~j. Other Points - filling out Questioneers - 11 points, WI - 10 points, turning in info on time - 10 points

Camp Lose~A~Lot!
It's on the ' Have FUN & get RID of 200+' team - on the ' Challenges, Weigh Ins, & Nitty Gritty' thread. AND it's for ev1 who wants to join. We will have challenges for the whole camp, each team may have their own challenges, & from time to time - teams will challenge other team(s).

It's gonna be a blast & we're gonna lose wt & get healthier!!!

6/8/08 Wk 1 Basics:
1. Ev1 will be registered with their preferred name, wt, & questioneers filled out.

2. Team Captains will be announced, each team's Mates will be announced, Co-Captains will be chose, & Team Names will be chose.

3. The Camp Challenges will be posted

TOTAL GOAL POINTS - 300 - you can earn more than the 'Goal Points' by doing more, more movin, floating, water, fruits, veg, losing lbs, etc - EACH person will be awarded the total points of what did. Goal Points are just something to work towards.

'Ribbon Winners' ...
)ne Blue Ribbon = the ONE with the most points
One Red Ribbon/team = the One with the most points
Yellow Ribbons = ev1 that earned the Goal Points or more

These will be posted Sat even, hopefully!

Pic of my DGM & DGP grave after DD Dawn & DGS Nick planted flowers on it!

The steps/miles/cal are for all day the time is when you're moving consistently fora period of time- walking in Walmart, Good Will, etc.

DH bought me an exercise bike at Good Will yestrd for 3.99. We have to take DS Earnest's truck up to get it today!!!

If I start out slow & work myself up, I'm sure it'll work out as a grrr8 access! Would still love to have a Tai Chi DVD or VCR tape, but I've already over spent for this month & I really wanted/needed to buy an external hard drive off DSs friend & I really need a pack of ink refil kit for my printer, Oh well!!!
