Iīve been on a diet before.
Last time I lost 10 kg and took on 15 kg afterwards.
So I seek knowledge that makes a difference.
1. A diet has to be combined with physical training...If not it may be muscles that are lost and this lowers the fat burning.
2. I read that there has to be 2-3 hours between consumption.. If not fat burning is prevented.
3. Drink a lot of water before a meal. Not during the meal or just after cause this washes the food fast through the body and makes you hungry right after the meal.
4. I sit to long in front of the computer. I love it. It has a magnetic effect to me. But it is a passive way of passing the day. I would like a trick there. This is a very weak point.
