My love wants white bread, sugar and butter
This is not a problem as I donīt eat those things and just put them in the freezer when he is not there.
The problem is that he says he can eat a big potion of food and then he doubles the portion as he finds I should have just as much as he eats.
In reality he canīt eat as much as he thinks and I am there with my big appetite and there is some nice food in front of me...
This is very hard. Yesterday I asked whether he really could eat 2 peaces of meat, no maybe not, he answered. And one piece was enough as I also had homemade humus with walnuts and rice and vegetables. I ate as slowly as possible so he had finished before me.
He was very surprised.
Eating slowly is a good idea. And a lot of vegetables.

    It could be a good idea for me to have a small plate and he can have a big plate...
I also suddenly remembered, that when I am alone I eat a little some times during the day and sometimes I skip dinner.
Well I have some habits to change so I can become thinner rather than fatter..
Also when I am alone I almost never drink alcohol. Alcohol and juice really give a lot of calories
The way he inspires is that he is physically active

    He is very slim, so he can eat as much as he can.

The food just is on the pan or in the pot waiting for my big appetite while he canīt eat so much..Hmm maybe I should take the food away immideately and freeze the rest of it at once. Plus eat slowly

    Good idea!
Tell him not to take that much on his plate (or replace both of your plates to smaller ones), if he needs more he can take for a second's not his last meal...

I want to thank those of you who have told they like my pottery.
It was nice to see.
I have not sold anything recently and I have met quite a bit of resistance against my little workshop from those who have power around here. And it is difficult parking nearby.
For those and other reasons Iīve decided to move. And my love told he will move with me. And Iīll take your words in my knapsack and go go go to a place near the beach and harbour that Iīve found.
And mental room for creative souls it is said - and written


Dance excersize

Iīve just decided to join a dance excersize group.
I asked whether my love could come with me some of the times as they allready have started.
No - it is only for fat persons. Hmm
I find the idea of bunching fat people together bad as we cannot give good ideas to life stile. But I love dancing even though I have not learned how so Iīll participate.
I guess Iīm fat enough since Iīm 14 kg overweight acording to BMI so I donīt have to put weight on in order to join the class..

This evening I went there. It was really good. 1― hour sweating excersize with good music and a really good instructor. The fat ladies were not enormeos and one of them was thinner than I. It was nice with simple danses where a lot of movement was the most important. emoticon

    Well I hope it is not waste of time.
Iīm not in bad condition so I can do it in double speed emoticon
This summer I have a plan of going to one weeks class of rollerscating where there also will be a chance of kayaking
This will be a challenge - maybe Iīll miss the fatties..

    I've never heard of a dance exercise class or any exercise class for that matter that would be only for people over a certain weight.

If you enjoy it, go for it, but keep an eye out for another class.

I would like to write my current weight
I would like to edit my entry text
I can do it.
But it canīt be saved and as one of my goals is:
Not using to much time on the computer this is is enough for a long long time.

Long time - no see

Itīs a really long time ago since I was in Spark people the last time...
Now I weigh 1 kilo more than max weight and Iīm totally fed up with diets.
My doctor said he would garanty me to become 100 years old.
Because I both have a quite low bloodpressure but not too low
and low cholesterol figure.
I do eat quite sensable but sometimes too much.
For some weeks ago I visited Palestine. As my hosts are not rich and as they insisted that I should not pay them for food or.. I did an effort not to eat so much.
As one of my 2 goals being there was to describe daily life I had too walk quite a bit and take photos. The roads were really steep. At first I easily lost breath but soon I didnīt.
In Palestine people in general are quite slim as they do not have money to overeat and as they walk quite a bit.
People were very polite but my palestinian friend proposed that I should go on a diet in order to spare my bones when I get older. And in order to be able to wear smart clothes. This makes sense but I donīt like diets and I find it difficult to find people to do excersize with.
I am so tired of doing diets loosing wieght and putting it on all of it plus 1 or 2 kilo more than the starting point. Dramtically fast. And the diet for so long and with so bad humour after the firt 3-4 months. So I donīt want more diets.
Once I considered bying a dog and walking tours with it to get excersize and seeing more. My cousin gave my a 200 page book of dog care. I put a notice on the net in a doggroupe asking : Is it possible with a life beside the dog?
No. And no to a dog...
Hmm - springtime is coming and summer and more possibilities for outdoor excersize. Yeahh emoticon
