When I write blogs I often think of inspiring other people....
To day I took a glance at some of my latest blogs..
How inspiring!!!
Who can inspire me more than myself - It is my experiences I am describing -
It may not work for you but certainly for me...
I also wondered how I could forget what a pep drink is ..
And read the recipe I have made in my own blog only about a month ago

I must be doing a lot of things in life - At least I hope this is the reason
One day a man explained senility does not exist.. it is having a lot of things in the head after a long life.
I thing it is more having to many lose ends in life. ,, emoticon
Well It is 8 am - so I can do something about some of them
I will start making a pep drink emoticon

Tracking fitness...............

Yesterday I went back to 18th of June as I had not opened the PC that day
Tracked - But went back to see whether the fitness was registered
It said zero
So I tracked again - and again
The same with yesterday´s exercise..
Then I looked at the sparkpoints - Ha Ha
I have gotten really many spark points those days - and a trophy for fitness minutes

    I don't about you but I do seem to get more forgetful the more things I have on my mind emoticon I think they call it stress! And so it is good to clear your head every once in a while.

    I haven't gotten as many spark points as usual lately either. I have kind of lost interest in them. No fitness minutes tracked for 3 weeks, I threw out my hip and knee at the same time and am busy resting them.

A tip for a better sleep

I exchanged my pillow with the things for travelling that go around the neck - see the photo and sleep a lot better as it is nice against the draft that comes when the window is open and it is important for me to have fresh air when I sleep.

It can also be made out of a pair of woolly socks or sewed and filled with beans or rice

    I love the sock idea ! The travel neck supports you buy at the store are always too puffy and hard for me so they end up forcing my head forward in an uncomfortable position, but with the sock I think I could just fill it to my level of satisfaction. Thanks for the idea emoticon

A pep drink

These days I am sick so I have lost some weight in the bad way
- meaning - staying in bed for long time a day and not being hungry so weight loss is muscle loss
So I am concerned about what to do to get up in energy and up in strength..
Here is my drink of recommended herbs:
From my garden I took a half handful stinging nettle (with gloves on)
and a half handful mint leaves
I rinsed them with cold water and cut them in small pieces with scissors
and put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of chamomile

Boiled water for my teapot warmed it - and put the ingredients into the pot
Let it brew for about 8-10 minutes and sewed it into a thermos and my teacup
That is that.. by the way I also put some juice in from an orange I squeezed

    Oh dear... Chamomile is my least favorite tea.... but the other ingredients sound like a winning combination!

    To day I feel better - so I have been for a little walk.
In stead of running as usual I walked the most of the time
Better something than nothing and I took some spring photos
