Well, I am sure am happy it's the weekend-and I'll be even happier if I can maintain my goals through the weekend. I met 2 of my 3 goals today, I found another yummy SP recipe to try and I did my 30 minutes of yoga. After a late night phone call with my SIL, I just couldn't bring myself to get up and do 30DS after only 6 hours of sleep and on an empty stomach. Then, as the day went on, I realized how sore I was from doing the cardio last night. So, instead of cardio tomorrow, I'll do 30DS, then do cardio on Sunday. I also have a plan for eating this weekend, so I have every confidence that it will go better than last weekend.
Goals for tomorrow:
30DS (before 9am)
Yoga to stretch (right after 30DS to keep heart rate up)
Stick to my eating plan
