I felt so much better today and I was really looking forward to my run, even though it was about 15*. I was very happy to find that after amping up my workouts the last month or so, my winter running clothes are not nearly as tight as they were 2 weeks ago! Yay for small victories! I also felt pretty good during my run today, even though it was a minute slower than last week and I didn't have my music. I was able to turn it on at the end and sprint to the finish (uphill) and felt like I could give more. I even challenged LadyGwen to run an extra lap (~2 miles) with me next week after the race. ![]()

I have black bean and corn salsa made, and tabouli salad. YOU need to bring home the leftovers since I can't take that much on vacation. I may pack enough for the plane.

Still sick but feeling better. Worked a half day today then came home and watched movies. Stayed in my nutrition ranges today but only did 10 minutes of cardio plus my toning vid.
Busy day tomorrow, starting with a 10K run at 10 am (It should be about 15*F, yuk). My one big accomplishment today (so far, I'm not in bed yet!) was not having dessert after dinner. I'm having my tea with honey and trying to keep it at that. Should be good since I'm off to bed now...
Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 10K run
PM workout: SP toning video
Track my food and make good choices
