Where has this week gone, can't believe its Friday already, although we have had a go, go week. I got to the Y three times and have gotten strength exercises in twice, walking, aerobics twice and Zumba this morning long with the second water aerobics in. When we were done at the Y my friend and I went out for lunch ar Panera and visited some; followed bu a little shopping so more walking. We actually made it home before our hubbys, as they went golfing today. Now we are going to meet this same couple to go out to dinner, as they have another committment for tomorrow night. Hope all my fellow sparkers have a great weekend.

Such a great feeling that everything we wanted to get done in the bedroom is finished. Installers will deliver the bed tomorrow and install it. After their done will move a few pieces of furniture out of the large closet, that we kept out of the way to allow more space for them to work with. Tomorrow will give the new bed a try, but sure enjoyed getting all the exercise wjile redoing the room.
DH had what he thought was his last Dr. appointment with the orthopedic surgeon----NOT. He now told him , he can walk around the house without the boot, but needs it when going out anywhere. Gave him exercises to do, and need to increase by 10 each every week, and go back and see him in one month. Of course this means no golfing, which he was hoping to do this Saturday. He found out tho that a total of 60 exercises today wore him out( muscle tone and ligaments out of great stamina after in the boot for six weeks).

It all stated on Monday when we went an bought a new bed freame and matresses. We came home and decided asince we have until the 15th before their delivered we should do some work upstairs. We started by removing the carpet, moving furt=iture around to get every bit removed. We had to then clean up the mess from the remnent pieces of padding (what a job). So today we're taking a break, we only vaccummed the ceiling and walls down. I have really been getting my workouts in, and I'm feeling it today. WE still have a few more things to do upstairs but it is coming along quicker than we had expected. This has go me in the mood, so will start tackling one room at a time each week and get the spring cleaning well under waIt sure is a change of pace with the exercise and really poops me out.
