It doesn't take long to mess up your routine, just go out of town, sleep in a hotel a couple of nights, and eat at irregular times and of course eat at the hotel or hospital(while visiting my sister) ---that did it for me. When I got home DH was coming down with a cold( a cold hits him really hard every time), this time he has worked from home the past 4 days, but will go to the office tomorrow(thank goodness, as that means the computer is mine). I have been good and going to the gym without him this week, I didn't want him working out, and he was not ready to go either. Since today was rainy I made soup tonight for dinner, he really enjoyed that as well as the rest of us . So I think I am back on track, working out and tracking once again, at least until a week from now when hopefully no one is sick and can go visit my sister in the hospital again( this time DH will be along to keep me motivated).
