Today has been kinda stressful. I found out my teachers may be going on strike, they're voting on wednesday. I hope not because it'll totally mess things up.

Anyway my stressful day wound up having a great night. The dancing was great. I had a lesson today for 45 mins and then I went to the practice party after. I danced more tonight than I ever have at the parties. I even did the circle dance thing I always avoid ^_^ It wasn't so bad today, the new moves they taught us were all things I didn't mind doing. I didn't even mean to do it, usually I go to my seat when they start. Today, I was on the dance floor and they started and it was very quick today, so I feel like I sorta got tricked into it lol. I'm glad I finally did it though, it only took me 5 months. Now my instructor will bug even more about doing a routine for the floor show. It was a lot of fun today and with the lesson and the party I got in 2-1/4 hrs of exercise today ^_^ that's 135 mins plus the 120 from before, which gives a grand total of 255 mins!!! Yay! That means I only have 1-1/2 hrs left to get all 344 mins and I have another 1 hr dance lesson tomorrow ^_^ Maybe I'll make it 1-1/2 lol.

Sorry about going on and on about dancing again lol, I get excited sometimes ^_^ Have a nice weekend everyone!!!

    Aw! That is great. I wish we had some place that had dance lessons around here. Not that I'd be brave enough to do it... I've always wanted to salsa. Ooo, or belly dance. Heck, I'd even like to learn pole dancing-- I hear it is a great workout hehe.

Hey guys,

Hope everyone's week is going well so far. Mine's not going so great. Yesterday I was feeling kinda depressed and today I'm not feeling well. Haven't eatne much yet and I don't think I'll be getting to my calorie range today. I actually haven't the last few days but today is worse. I didn't even have breakfast until 11. I'm working on my water because the only time I have trouble getting enough is when I'm sick, which I know is when it's most important. I'm really tired too, and worried about the fitness challenge for my team this week. I need to do 344 minutes of exercise and I haven't done any yet. I'm doing a dance lesson tonight for an hour, I will be taking it easy though, no swing lol. I hope I feel better tomorrow so I can get going on those minutes.

Well today I am making up for my bad day yesterday. I am making home made chicken soup right now, lots of it. So I have no excuse to eat badly this week. I'll already have something made and in the fridge ^_^ I am however having an issue finding a good webcam. The last one I had was always dark and I couldn't the picture to brighten up. I have a cheap one that does the whole blurry motion thing, which I may end up using anyway. I exchanged the other one for something I thought would be better and it does this weird green picture thing at the beginning when it's focusing and the sound is totally messed up. So I may end up just using the cheap one for now.

I'm excioted about the first challenge, 334 minutes!!! Wow. I already have 300 minutes scheduled with my dance lessons and hapkido lol. This week I have 2 dance lessons and a practice party at the studio and the hapkido so this week was a good week for me to have this challenge ^_^ I just need to get a little more in there somewhere. Anyway, good luck to everyone with the kicking butt kickoff challenge and for the year 2010.

Ok so last night I went to a dance. I did dance this time a couple times, but only with the people I went with from my dance studio. I was worried about eating too much dessert but I think I actually ate too little. I was so nervous about being there I couldn't eat anything for dinner. They had a hot buffet and all the people I went with kept asking me to eat something. There were too many people there, I was feeling kinda claustrophobic, which almost never happens to me but then I don't normally go to parties other than the ones at my dance studio. I did have a couple cookies and a small piece of cake when the dessert came out, but then I started feeling nauseous again. It wasn't so bad once people started dancing because then we weren't all crowded in around the table.

Today I'm feeling a little discouraged. Not very positive today, hopefully tomorrow will be better. I actually went under my calorie goal for today too. I know I shouldn't but with sleeping in and not being too happy , my eating kinda got screwed up. I went to my parents for dinner today with my family. It was nice, would've been better if I'd been in the mood for it.
