37 Minutes - walking

Week 1 completed --

So how did I do, I did cardio everyday at least 10 minutes per day and most days I exceeded this so emoticon , I also managed to drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday emoticon , and I log at least one meal everyday and for most days I logged 2 meals and I even managed to log 3 meals at least 2 days so emoticon , I have managed to eat 3/5 serviing of fruits and vegetables. I have decided not to weigh in till the end of this challenge. I will be back to tommorrow to set goals for week 2.

106 Minutes - Hiking to Perris Lake, this was a tough one, we (my husband and I) started out late it was 80 degrees by time we were done it was 102, but we made it. Next time we will state out earlier as the summer heat is approaching.
