Today is the first day of the rest of my life. So I decided to join the 10 minute daily streak challenge, I have fallen off the wagon and it is time to get back on. So here I am to set some goals.
1. 10 minutes of cardio per day, lets see how long I can keep a streak going!
2. Drink 64 ounces of water per day!
3. Log my meals, at least once a day and get back to carb counting.
4. Eat at least 3 serving of fruits and vegatables.
4. This is a 30 day challenge, so at the end I would like to lose at least 5 lbs.
