Granted a certain amt of, ahem, monthly water weight, I am 127.5 today. I have been bouncing between 126 and 127.5 now for a while, and if I want to make my "partner anniversary" goal, I need to give myself a serious kick in the tush. I had set my goal as 120 for Dec. 14th, and I am thinking that is pretty unrealistic 4 weeks out. I think I am going to "trick" myself a little bit...tell myself 120 is the goal, but know I will be glad just to see anything below 125 again! Seriously though, is it even possible to lose 1.5-2lbs a week for a short period of time at my current fitness level? Maybe I will just have to find out...
I think I can do pretty much *anything* for 4 weeks:
60 min cardio (HR > 150) 5x week
I will be mean, but I will be cute/skinny :)
2 years ago, I weighed 12lbs less than I do now...so I know I can do it.
