Started my Saturday off right with a new challenging yoga class, followed by leisurely coffee & breakfast w/DH, and a long chat on the phone with an old friend. Took a bath in that new B&B Works "cinnamon bun" scented bubble bath~calorie free, gotta try it out if you haven't yet! Then went shopping with my sister and out for more coffee...(reluctantly switched to decaf as to not sabotage the sleep issue)
Have been planning my eating a day ahead of time again, and keeping that consistent really helps me feel good, healthy, and balanced. I am on a streak of eating in the 1200's range of calories & eating super clean to allow myself more time away from having to work out, or to do more restorative activites like yoga (or farting around on SP--haha). Found some great sales today of $7 "flashdance" looking off the shoulder sweatshirts that will be perfect for yoga practice now that it is colder. Brrrr!!! Chilly all the time now that fall is here...need snuggly clothing.
Other good news is that I have been able to get some better rest and have been getting more uninterrupted sleep. Was having a nasty patch of insomnia, or when I would actually sleep, having horrible dreams...speaking of sleep, think I will go get some (((yawn)))
