My Expectations for BLC26 -Go Blue Lion Trackers!!!

Starting on September 17th, 2014 with a weigh in weight of 171 lbs.

My Expectations for this Round of Biggest Loser challenge (26) and my GREAT team that I'm supporting & Motivating is Blue Lion Trackers (as you see from my background on my Spark !)

1. S - SUPPORT - Every team member needs some support!!! emoticon

2. P - PRACTICE - Know every day what I need to do and practice it all the time! emoticon

3. A - ACTIVITY - Keep active and Moving!!!! emoticon emoticon

4. R - REMEMBER - Every BLT (bite, lick, taste) gets put in my tracker! emoticon

5. K - KNOW - that I can do this!!!! emoticon

I LOVE our new challenges we have going this round!! Just starting on our first one this week: "Marathon of getting FIT & HEALTHY" - This says it ALL!!!!!

  


REMEMBERING MY SISTER & NIECE -5th year Aug 30th

It was a sad day yesterday, 5th year of the death (brutally murdered) my sister & niece. I miss Michele (sister) and Giselle (niece) so much. Taken from this world too soon, but in a much better place now. The "rainbow" on my SparkPage will remind me of them both, because that is what I saw in the sky the day after they were gone. It will always remind me of them being together & I will meet with them again some day.

I would like to ask everyone who see's my Blog to please leave me a "goodie Rainbow" on my SparkPage.

This man in prison who turned himself in, hoping one day he will receive his punishment for doing this to them.

MY PLAN FOR LOSING OVER THE BLC BREAK July 24th - Sept 17th

My BLC25 round went by so FAST!! We are on our last week!! BUT that will not stop me from sticking with it and emoticon to LOSE weight!!!!!

My motto: "NEVER GIVE UP"

I plan on sticking with my daily walks emoticon

Every other day my ab roller (150) crunches......... emoticon

Every other day my leg exercise....................... emoticon emoticon emoticon

I plan on 2 days a week working out with Coach Nicole Arm Weight Video.......... emoticon

I will keep TRACKING every BITE, LICK & TASTE that goes into my mouth!!!!! I love using the SparkPeople Tracker!!!

emoticon Push UPS: I'm not too great at these since my surgery and having a tendon in my shoulder cut....makes it much harder. But I did manage to get 32 Done!!!! emoticon

emoticon Crunches: These are my FAVE!!! I do at least 150 every other day on my ab roller: I managed 62 in one minute. emoticon

emoticon One Mile Walk: I love walking at the beach.....Usually we go for at least 2-3 hrs on the boardwalk and sand......35 minutes for my 1 mile walk. emoticon

BLC25 GOALS

My #1 Priority is to STAY MOTIVATED!!!! and with the Sunset Stingrays BLC25 challenge I will keep myself motivated!!!!!

I'm going to use the "Tracker" every day to list everything I eat!!! Every tiny morsel!!!!!!

I'm going to get in at least 64 oz of water a day!!!! emoticon

I'm going to get in at least 6-7 hours of sleep. emoticon I'm an early bird for going to bed.....usually around 8:30pm.... and I'm usually up 4-5 times a night drinking water/bathroom. Finally out of bed by 4:30am-5am.

I will stick with my morning walks (set my timer 20 min) with hubby in our backyard .....here is what our walk will look like:



Monday's, Wednesday', Friday's - ab roller emoticon 150 crunches, and Leg exercises emoticon emoticon emoticon

Tuesday's, Thursday's, Saturday's will be my Strength Workouts with Coach Nicole Video's on SparkPeople. emoticon

Sunday's...........Take a day of REST & time for myself. emoticon
