MY PLAN FOR LOSING OVER THE BLC BREAK July 24th - Sept 17th

My BLC25 round went by so FAST!! We are on our last week!! BUT that will not stop me from sticking with it and emoticon to LOSE weight!!!!!

My motto: "NEVER GIVE UP"

I plan on sticking with my daily walks emoticon

Every other day my ab roller (150) crunches......... emoticon

Every other day my leg exercise....................... emoticon emoticon emoticon

I plan on 2 days a week working out with Coach Nicole Arm Weight Video.......... emoticon

I will keep TRACKING every BITE, LICK & TASTE that goes into my mouth!!!!! I love using the SparkPeople Tracker!!!

emoticon Push UPS: I'm not too great at these since my surgery and having a tendon in my shoulder cut....makes it much harder. But I did manage to get 32 Done!!!! emoticon

emoticon Crunches: These are my FAVE!!! I do at least 150 every other day on my ab roller: I managed 62 in one minute. emoticon

emoticon One Mile Walk: I love walking at the beach.....Usually we go for at least 2-3 hrs on the boardwalk and sand......35 minutes for my 1 mile walk. emoticon

BLC25 GOALS

My #1 Priority is to STAY MOTIVATED!!!! and with the Sunset Stingrays BLC25 challenge I will keep myself motivated!!!!!

I'm going to use the "Tracker" every day to list everything I eat!!! Every tiny morsel!!!!!!

I'm going to get in at least 64 oz of water a day!!!! emoticon

I'm going to get in at least 6-7 hours of sleep. emoticon I'm an early bird for going to bed.....usually around 8:30pm.... and I'm usually up 4-5 times a night drinking water/bathroom. Finally out of bed by 4:30am-5am.

I will stick with my morning walks (set my timer 20 min) with hubby in our backyard .....here is what our walk will look like:



Monday's, Wednesday', Friday's - ab roller emoticon 150 crunches, and Leg exercises emoticon emoticon emoticon

Tuesday's, Thursday's, Saturday's will be my Strength Workouts with Coach Nicole Video's on SparkPeople. emoticon

Sunday's...........Take a day of REST & time for myself. emoticon

MY SMART GOALS FOR 2014

Being Part of the Sunset Stingrays Team is helping me with keeping motivated and wanting to be the "Biggest Loser" for 2014!!!

Here are my 2014 S.M.A.R.T. GOALS:

S - STAY in my calorie range which is: 1200-1550
M - MAKE every effort to exercise at least 40 min daily
A - ALLOW myself to have one day of relaxing -usually Sunday's
R - REMEMBER to stay "Positive" and have NO "Negative" thoughts
T - TAKE time to plan all meals.

I will try my hardest for a loss of 1.5 lbs per week. We have 12 weeks to STRIVE for our emoticon !!!!!!!!

The REASONS for wanting to do this:

1. HEALTH -which includes lowering my cholesterol & blood pressure.
2. FEELING of comfort in clothing, which I have smaller size to fit back into.
3. WANTING to keep up with my hubby on weekends with our 3 HR of walking
4. GRANDSON - watching him grow older and being there for him
5. CHILDREN - Son and Daughter who mean the world to me.

It's usually hard for me to say the word "NO"....but I'm learning...and every time I'm offered some type of unhealthy snack food this is going to be my answer.

    Great goals. It's great to write them down so you can see them. I really do need to do that again! I find writing them so I can go back and look at them in a notebook or something helps more than the computer-too many things to do on the computer! lol

GIVE BREAST CANCER (AND ALL CANCER) THE BOOT

emoticon JC Penney for starting a wonderful Promotion to help find a cure for Breast Cancer. Wouldn't it be also nice to see a cure for ALL types of CANCER!

With the wonderful help of my doctors & nurses at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL I wouldn't be here today. My cancer is 75% gone.....and after 3 more years I'll be 100% clear of this awful disease!!!

Every 3 minutes a woman is diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

    Two close friends have been cleared and one more has 1 year left. My sister in law has been cleared for 14 years now. It would be great to find a cure.

Thanks for the update about your cancer. I have wanted to ask, but just didn't want to bring up the subject - you just never know how people are really doing with the big C.

    So thankful that you have that behind you, and I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I am taking part in a Zumbathon in the morning called "Party in Pink." Those are going on all over the world during September and October. All monies collected go to finding a cure for breast cancer. Such a good cause.
