My #1 Priority is to STAY MOTIVATED!!!! and with the Sunset Stingrays BLC25 challenge I will keep myself motivated!!!!!
I'm going to use the "Tracker" every day to list everything I eat!!! Every tiny morsel!!!!!!
I'm going to get in at least 64 oz of water a day!!!!
I'm going to get in at least 6-7 hours of sleep. I'm an early bird for going to bed.....usually around 8:30pm.... and I'm usually up 4-5 times a night drinking water/bathroom. Finally out of bed by 4:30am-5am.
I will stick with my morning walks (set my timer 20 min) with hubby in our backyard .....here is what our walk will look like:
Monday's, Wednesday', Friday's - ab roller 150 crunches, and Leg exercises
Tuesday's, Thursday's, Saturday's will be my Strength Workouts with Coach Nicole Video's on SparkPeople.
Sunday's...........Take a day of REST & time for myself.
Being Part of the Sunset Stingrays Team is helping me with keeping motivated and wanting to be the "Biggest Loser" for 2014!!!
Here are my 2014 S.M.A.R.T. GOALS:
S - STAY in my calorie range which is: 1200-1550
M - MAKE every effort to exercise at least 40 min daily
A - ALLOW myself to have one day of relaxing -usually Sunday's
R - REMEMBER to stay "Positive" and have NO "Negative" thoughts
T - TAKE time to plan all meals.
I will try my hardest for a loss of 1.5 lbs per week. We have 12 weeks to STRIVE for our !!!!!!!!
The REASONS for wanting to do this:
1. HEALTH -which includes lowering my cholesterol & blood pressure.
2. FEELING of comfort in clothing, which I have smaller size to fit back into.
3. WANTING to keep up with my hubby on weekends with our 3 HR of walking
4. GRANDSON - watching him grow older and being there for him
5. CHILDREN - Son and Daughter who mean the world to me.
It's usually hard for me to say the word "NO"....but I'm learning...and every time I'm offered some type of unhealthy snack food this is going to be my answer.
JC Penney for starting a wonderful Promotion to help find a cure for Breast Cancer. Wouldn't it be also nice to see a cure for ALL types of CANCER!
With the wonderful help of my doctors & nurses at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL I wouldn't be here today. My cancer is 75% gone.....and after 3 more years I'll be 100% clear of this awful disease!!!

Yesterday would be a perfect example of why I go off my plan of eating healthy. When I got my Jury Duty notice.....I knew I would be there most of the day, just sitting and not able to exercise much. My noon we had our lunch break....I decided to get a turkey & cheese wrap.....it was really filled & I have no idea how much meat/cheese was added with a little mustard. By time it was over and headed home, my hubby decides to stop off at Wendy's for dinner.....what do I choose....the new Single Pretzel bacon & cheese hamburger & large fries........NOT a good choice at all!!!!
This morning the scale showed my terrible fate of not eating healthy & not exercising like I should .......... 1 whole pound!!!
I know I will fight harder today.....Already did my 150 sit ups, 100 leg lifts, stretches....and washing clothes (which is more exercise to my mind).
Going grocery shopping & getting back to more salads....picking up more fruits!!
AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!! (My Motto!)
