I have as a long term goal being able to do a handstand. Decided just thinking about it wasn't going to make it happen. I used to do headstands and have been trying once a day (for a few days) to do that. In a corner so I can kick up to the wall, but hey, first things first. Also I've been practicing plank on my forearms and that is good for upper body strength. Need to commit to more of both of those things as well as to research how I could do a handstand without stressing my thumb joints. Still a puzzlement but somehow it has to be possible.
