Kaiser didn't start a new session until Janurary and I couldn't give myself permission to wait until then, so I (re)joined Weight Watchers. It's my first time with the points plus program and it's a bit disconcerting when I am used to using Spark for calories and nutrition when I track. I have a good start, but now I'm at a point where all of my solo efforts seem to peter out, so it's going to take a serious bit of dedication to break through it. On we go . . .

    Sorry the Kaiser program isnt up for you right now, but WW is a good place to be, even with changes. Yes you are going to have to keep focused on your goal and know within that you can do this. Keep blogging and sharing with those who care, they can be your support team right now. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Pack at least some off my lunches for work.

    Great that you are getting some goals down and in writing. I have thought about doing the Kaiser program too. Let me know what you think about it. Right now I am going to finish out this year with Curves and then next year time for a new start....again LOL.

Wedding or going out is not easy, just keep your goal in the front of your mind and hope that helps you keep your resolve. I know that you can do anything you put your mind too and really want. You want this so.....GET to it girl.

    Try to find something you like to do that is fun for you, and set a goal of doing that for 10 minutes a day. It could be walking, dancing, or anything that gets you moving. emoticon

    It doesn't have to be complicated, just getting up and taking a simple walk will sometimes lead to more activity.

Just a helping foot to get you out of the chair and exercising. You know you need to do this and you must focus to reach your goal. So make a plan and THEN do it, dont think about it. Get up and get yourself going.

I will come there and giving you a real kick it that what its will take to get you going. You do not want that I am relentless!!!
