    I know that you can do this, its a matter of just making up your mind and then DOING IT!!!! You are the most determined person, I have seen this so much over the years we have been friends. Just one baby step at a time and pretty soon you will be flying.

Tired of setting and passing by "deadlines", so I'm not sure I want to set another one.

    Boy I have been there with goals, but they are still useful. Setting a goal even small ones helps up to make the commitment to really work to goal I know I have missed I dont know how many, but still I am trying to get to that goal and by trying you are winning and getting closer.
I have made only one major goal for this year, which I do hope I make but if not I at least hope to be closer and that is getting to a healthy BMI or a healthy weight for me. I am not so sure that setting a number to that is the best of all goals.
I know it can be a downer when you dont make it, but this is a journey and a long one and each step forward is a good one.
Never give up GF you are worth all the effort you are putting forth,

    I kind of know what you mean, if I've worked really hard and then didn't meet a goal date I get kind of bummed. But I guess no matter what the important thing is that we are working toward a goal and though in the long run, although it may take us longer than we thought, getting there is whats we want right?
