So I have not used Sparkpeople since April 2012. Back again to meet my health goals.
Anyone out there have suggestions to stay focused?
Staying wheat free is soooo hard. Just realized that the grilled MAC salads must have breading on it. So sad. Now have to start making my own chicken salads to go.
Anyone have a suggestion?
Today for the first time I was able to complete a 15 minute treadmill routine at all the desired intervals!!!!!!!
