Hi fellow helpers !
I appreciate your comments!Today I ate really well. I am still tired from thee flu. I got a flu shot in October, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
I massaged lotion into my husband's legs, but he wouldn't let me take care of his feet. He is a diabetic and his feet have a lot of fluid buildup in them. He promised he would dot it himself tomorrow, but we will see.
My sweet friend ,Carol, came over and we worked on school papers for my mentee. They are really cute with a fairy motif. We also talked about her beauty line and she had brought me some products. That was fun. I was exhausted after 3 hours, but really enjoyed it.

I have been pretty good at trying to eat what will be under 1500 calories. My husband comes in today with donuts and pigs in blankets. I admit, I slipped. I will have a talk with him tomorow. I have only been trying since last Thursday. I know he meant well, but geez!!! HELP !

    It's hard to resist some temptations... just remember you're on a life long journey... and therefore will continue to have "slips"... that's why it's called life... sometimes a doughnut or pig in a blanket is going to call your name and your going to give in... its OKAY... just get right back on track... .You've got this!

I ate 1300 calories today. I drank 6 cups of water. I found if I tell my self to just drink 1 glass of water , I will get in more.

I didn't eat breakfast . I ate lunch at Chick Fil A. I ate a chargrilled chicken sandwich with a large dr. pepper. Ate a lean cuisine fish dinner for supper. Had another dr. pepper = a can this time. Thought about exercising.
