I'm four days into a 12 week challenge. And, I decided to start something different. Before I even leave my bedroom this morning, I had started with doing push-ups, side lunges, and squats. I did a few reps of side lunges and squats while brushing my teeth. I did my push-up when I first entered the bathroom. This week challenge is 100 push-ups a day and increased if your able. So, before going up the steps I did 2 sets of 10 and so on during the course of the day until I have reached my 100 push-ups. I drink 8ozs. of water before leaving my room, but now I'm going to increase it to 16ozs. Small changes makes big results. This will be the first time I'll be looking forward to using a measuring tape. LOL!
