For the past few months it seems like I have been losing and regaining the same few pounds. I'm not really going anywhere, not really making any progress. I feel stuck.
About 7yrs. ago I joined Weight Watchers to lose some weight for my upcoming wedding. I loved it! I lost about 20lbs. Which got me to my lowest weight of my adult life. I even became a lifetime member and was able to attend the weekly meetings for free. Well after the honeymoon I stopped going to the meetings, and the weight slowly came back on. Now it seems like I am constantly battling my weight. I lose a few then gain a few etc. etc. etc.
On Friday after talking to a co-worker who has lost 90lbs. on the new Weight Watchers plan, I decided to join again. I joined on line since I don't have a lot of time in the evening to attend the meetings. I'm usually at the gym after work. They have a new program now from when I did it years back.
I finally feel motivated again and feel like I can really do this. Most fruits and vegi's are no points on the new plan, which I love! I also love that I get bonus points that I can use on foods that are not so healthy. Everything in moderation.
I'm still tracking my food on SparkPeople though. I even went through my food list on SparkPeople and added in their point values. I like how on my SparkPeople tracker I can track all the nutritional info. I want such as calories, fat, fiber, sodium, protein etc. When you track on Weight Watchers you can only see your points for the day and no other nutritional info.
