This also means total weight-loss for January is 10lbs! Progress pic to come (didn't get a chance to take one yesterday). I beat my goal by 3lbs!
So...my February goal is 6lbs. My reasoning is that although I did awesome this past month, my progress has started to slow a bit, and I don't want to set the bar so high that I get discouraged and give up, since that's my MO. Sad, but true.

It's been awhile since I've posted anything...
Things are okay. I've still been sticking to my LA diet, and have kept up with workouts, although a bit sporadically. This week I'm trying to get back on the exercise wagon, but my Wii is now hooked up so I've been doing little dance parties with my daughter - she loves it! She loves trying to dance along with me, or some nights, like last night, she cheers me on and claps when I get 'stars', lol - so adorable!
Last weekend I cheated horribly. I let myself cheat a little bit on the weekend, but last weekend I went way overboard, and have been paying for it. I have what my doctor suspects as gallbladder issues, and I've been miserable all week b/c of the crap I ate on the weekend. Definitely will not do that again - not worth the agony!
Well, guess that's it for now. Hopefully I'll have another successful weigh-in this weekend - I've surpassed my goal for January already, so I'm excited to see where I'm at so I can plan my goal for February (and hitting ONEderland is definitely part of it).

First, I'm down this week to 203.2!! Woot! Total loss so far of 6.6lbs, which means only .4lbs left for my goal of a 7lb loss this month, and about 4lbs until I'm in ONEderland!! Woo-hoo!!!!! To be honest, I was a little concerned I wasn't going to lose at all, and possibly gain, b/c I was up about half a pound earlier in the week, but then that TOM started so I think that may have been it. I'm curious to see if things start to regulate themselves since the diet I'm following has helped others with PCOS with that and even conceiving without the use of fertility meds, so we'll see. I think I'm a little apprehensive about it b/c even when I was a healthy weight and physically active, I was super irregular and not ovulating, so we'll see what happens.
Friday I ended up using a break day instead of working out b/c we had dinner at my in-laws, and I didn't have time to do it before we went over there. I planned on doing the workout today (today was supposed to be a break day) but it's not looking too good right now, since it's late and I still have to run another errand or two. I'm thinking tomorrow I'll get caught up after church and breakfast. It's getting easier I think, but I still have to take it easy on some moves b/c of my knee. If that keeps up, I think I'll have to get it looked at when I go for my physical in August.
Today I cheated a tiny bit, but I'm trying to stay on track the rest of the day and weekend.

Yesterday was Day 3 of the bootcamp dvd, which is a break day. You can do other cardio, etc on your break day, but I chose not to since my knee was bothering me something fierce last night. Today it was better so I felt comfortable going ahead with Day 4...still going strong, and still rocking the early morning! Woo-hoo! And tomorrow is FRIDAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight I completed the second day of the SP 28-day bootcamp dvd :). My DD again tried to do it with me...and then she thought it'd be fun to sit on me while doing the part where you're sitting and leaning back on your hands and have to lift your butt and hips...yeah, that was a no go, lol. Luckily DH intervened and kept her occupied so I could finish.
And, this morning I got up extra early (5:30am), showered, and made scrambled eggs with some spinach and tomatoes and had that with my Lara bar...such an accomplishment since I'm so not a morning person, lol.
