So, tomorrow will be my 2nd weigh in. I am really nervous. Sometimes I can feel that I am lighter, while others, like right now, I feel as if I am HUGE!! I am really hoping to see a 2 lb loss tomorrow.
I had a wonderful run on the treadmill this morning. It was one of those runs where you feel so empowered and motivated. The thing is, I almost didn't work out because I was having one of those lazy days, but then I told myself to do it because my body needed to come out of that lazy feeling and get a jump start on the day. I was soo glad I did it.
My goals for this week are:
*Run at least 4 times
*Track my food better (I am not doing so well with tracking)
*Stick to our bare bones budget this week (we have a $900 attorney bill to pay, ouch!)
