The Memorial was beautiful,, it was standing room only!! He was the associate pastor of our church, and was known as Pastor Dale. He was very very loved, he touched so many lives in his 75 years. I can honestly say, I have never seen him without a smile and comforting word to say. I will surely miss his visits! I hope to spread a little of his joy around, in memory of a very wonderful Man!! emoticon

We had a dear friend pass away. He lived a very full life and passed away at the ripe age of 75. We will miss him dearly and feel ever so lucky to have had him for so many years enriching each of our lives. Today we will attend a Memorial in his honor. I am sure it will be a packed house as he was loved by many. Hope each of you have a wonderful day! emoticon

We are going into a very bitter and cold Friday!! I am happy to say that by Monday, we are supposed to see Rain again.. and that is "music" to my ears. Enough of the snow and cold... Hope all of you have a safe and happy end of your week!! emoticon

Oh I am so very delighted to say,, we have not seen any snow, at least in our area!! I can not say that for everyone, my goodness some areas are downright "treacherous". They just said we are following all this moisture with wind and very cold temps turning all this into a huge "ice rink". Be safe everyone!! Come on Spring,, I am sooooo ready!! emoticon

the weatherman is calling for snow tomorrow. I REALLY hope it just doesn't happen, but have a feeling it will arrive...like it or not! I hope it just doesn't stay too long... short and sweet is my idea of a "good snow storm" : ) emoticon
