So close to reaching 1st Weight Loss Goal!

I'm 3.8 pounds away from first 25 pound Weight Loss goal. I know how weight fluctuates so I'm giving myself two weeks to reach it. How close are you to a goal? We can do it !!!

We have a new streaker...JAZZEJR..WE CAN DO IT!

I reevaluated my eatting habits and found that longest I've gone without busting my calorie limit was 5, YES, count'em 1,2,3,4,5 Days, back in 2012!

So....Its STREAK TIME!!!!

I'm setting my sights for a whopping 7-day goal! And for me, the lady that eats like a termite after dark, 7 days is a great start!

Any takers for this 7-day goal? Let me know and subscribe!

So far DEBBYFROMMT, FITWITHIN,SHALINDRA, IMRETTE, MDMARSHAL1, and JAZZEJR have become fellow or should I say, sister streakers....

How about an update? This is 15/46 on my exercise streak!! WooHoo!!!

    I and my DH love Celestial Teas like Raspberry or Wild Berry Zingers. (prepared with hot water- 10 bags at a time). I stir in about 1T of stevia and add water to desired strength. I refrigerate it and pour it over ice. Way healthy, zero calories! YUM! emoticon

emoticon FITWITHIN, DEBBYFROMMT, SHALINDRA, and MDMARSHAL1. We're going to be expert streakers soon! I'm on day 16/46 for exercise and starting over on the "calorie thing." I missed it by a few but was a couple hundred below my "norm."

I drink most of my calories. Love water but haven't found a healthy alternative to other beverages... used to do the coke and sprite zero, til I heard the negatives regarding Splenda. Then swithced to Stevia but still trying to find my way.....

Any suggestions? emoticon

    Great idea! I've been unsuccessful at getting a SIR (staying in range) streak going since returning from my cruise vacation and all the endless buffets. emoticon emoticon I would love the company and the challenge.

I am on Day 2. emoticon

    This is day 6 for me. I got behind on the exercise at first but did 30 minutes one day to make it up. That is good for me because I have been in a bit of a slump. I will be starting back doing water exercise this coming tuesday. I have been more aware of my calories and I am doing well with it. We must never ever give up! stay focused and streak on.

    Woops I stumbled and didnt post my food choices for yesterday and the day before but I stayed on the list of low carb coices so.. I am calling that a hit ... with maybe a stuble but still running strong :)

Physical Activity Benefits Series:
(detailing my personal benefits of consistent physical activity)

So excited that after only 2 weeks on regular exercise, I was able to climb 3 flights of stairs, walk long halls on each floor, and walk back down - without shortness of breath !!!

Anyone else out there with "Air to Spare?"

Over the past week I've been reading over my old blog entries and got revvvved up!

So I decided that I'm going to set a new personal exercise record.

I've got to keep moving while I work on portion control....

This is DAY 8/46 of new streak !!!

    I have been trying to do add 10 minutes of strnght training or more intense exercise. i walk 2 miles a day a work so i do low impact stuff but i want to really get my heart pumping.

    YES!!! I need to work on a streak! Exercising is not a problem -- snacking is!!! So I will start a "no snack" streak to go along with your exercise streak!
