I am so happy to be back on track after the holidays. Some major damage control needs to be done so here is my plan and major goals for 2013:
Goal 1: Drop some weight (about 10 lbs) to get down to my ultimate goal! I've come such a long way and working out is a big part of my life now that I enjoy doing. I do need to get the eating under control by logging cals and drinking tons of water daily. My weigh in day will be every Sunday because it will force me to stay on track on the weekend.
Goal 2: Run a full marathon by the end of April 2013. This is a huuuge goal, can I even do it? 26.2 miles, over four and a half hours of running. I have to commit to this now and start training hard.
I'm halfway there! Today is not over , but I am caught up logging my cals. I ran about 3, 3.5 miles this morning with friends and it felt great!
I am so proud of myself for working out 5 days this week, every day on the weekend, which is so hard to do!!!
This was this week's exercise schedule that I successfully completed:
Tues-run + walk 6.5 miles
Thurs-run 4 miles fast
Friday- 30 min elliptical + weight training
Sat-yoga booty ballet DVD
Sunday-3 mile run
I am also really proud of logging cals on sparks daily and blogging about each day!
I ate at the high end of my calorie range, and I logged all foods! My huge accomplishment on day 6 is that I worked out! I did my yoga booty ballet DVD, and it was so hard to motivate but I did it!! Saturday is my lazy day and no matter how much I intend to work out it usually never happens, so I'm so proud of myself for pushing myself to break out if my comfort zone.
I went 400 cals over my range limit . I had a slice of pizza and I got a garden burger with tater tots and ranch. It was sooo good. I removed the top bun off the burger since I didn't need all that bread. I try to cut calories and not go completely off track while I'm splurging which is awesome.
The good news is that I logged it, and stayed accountable. I also went to the gym and did 30 min elliptical and half hour upper body weight training.
here I am being silly at the gym lol. This is not my cute look, I was exhausted, but no excuses for not working out!
Staying strong I'm so close to my goal weight, I can do this!
