So I have been out of sorts due to the fact my oldest/babysitter moved out. I have not been to the gym in a couple-few months. I'm feeling bad that I can't work out like I want to. So today I tried Tai-Chi. Just the basics, how to stand, posture, etc. Tomorrow I will actually do the full video. If that doesn't work, I am going for yoga. At least I will be doing something. Trying to figure out what to do with my child so I can go to the gym in the mornings. I just need to keep active!
