I feel so good tonight!
I actually did a good workout my hubby, Jason found some good dumbbell workouts and we did them together. He with his 25lb weights and me with my 5lb weights.
Dumbbell Crunches Sets: 2 Reps: 20
Dumbbell Side Bends Sets: 3 Reps: 15
Bent Over Rows with Band Sets: 4 Reps: 10
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows Sets: 4 Reps: 10
Dead Lifts with Dumbbells Sets: 8 Reps: 10

I love red wine. Enough said... too much the last couple days. Now I am catching the (whatever randon illness) my big kids have brought home. TIRED!!!!!! fever, chills....Tired.

One whole week done. Am I proud of how I did? Not really, but it could have been worse.
I did really well during the week, I kept up with my tracking, got some workouts in, and did very well with my water intake.
Then came the weekend....Had bacon and french toast for breakfast with my family, then got started on some major house cleaning to get ready for my 2 year olds birthday party. The party was small but my house was in C.H.A.O.S. (anyone who follows the Fly Lady knows what this means) Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome. So I didn't do my workouts, didn't drink my water and then had 3-4 glasses of beer to unwind. Needless to say I gained back one of the 2 lbs that I had lost. So here I am starting over this week.
I am really considering that gym membership, but then when I look at all my other bills, I see where my money could be put to more financially responsible use. I will talk it over with my hubby when he gets home tonight. I've had gym memberships before (thinking that if I pay the money I will be more apt to actually go) but I only use them for the first week or two and then life seems to get in the way and before I know it the membership has expired and it's been 2-3 weeks since the last time I went. Pretty big waste of money
That's my rant for now, may post more later.
