Totally blew my caloric intake, but.... I rode my bike for 50 minutes this morning and for 45 minutes this evening. Not enough to burn the calories I took in, but I mae a stab at it. Will try to increase my activity the rest of the week.
Also...Got a Fitbit Flex for my birthday! Yay!!

I don't worry about over-indulging (within reason) on special occasions. Sounds like you enjoyed those calories, and worked to counteract them. Be good to yourself, focus on a healthy lifestyle... you'll be fine. This is life.

Finally got on the scale today and saw a loss. I have been stuck at the same weight for weeks even though I was working out and exercising. Hopefully I finally broke the plateau!

Not sure what I am doing wrong.. I stay within my calorie range, I exercise at least every other day doing cardio, and I am plateaued. I wish someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.
