1. Turn out the light as soon as youíre sleepy. Getting enough sleep makes a huge difference in your sense of energy and cheerfulness.

2. Walk around the block. A little exercise and a little sunlight will give you a big boost.

3. Take ten minutes before bed to tidy up.

  #4 is something I had kind of let go by the wayside and just recently started making it again it does make you feel so much better when you crawl into it, almost feels fresh!

    I have been in the habit of making my bed since I rented
the room for 4 months. It stuck and I make it every morning,
although not always real neat, but I do make it!

Still a KOPS!

My weigh-in last night was a real nail-biter for me since I wasn't sure if I would have succeeded in losing the weight I put on during my convalesence from knee replacement surgery. I truly was concerned that I might lose my KOPS status which would have been a real blow to my ego. However, thankfully, I was able to succeed in losing the weight & AM STILL A KOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
