I made the Week 3 Day 2 of my C25K program. I am so happy with myself. Also, I made the choice of Fit rather than Fast by walking the 12 minutes walk with my daughter for grocery shopping. We took took big bags along and came home carrying milk, bags of whole wheat flour, oranges, bananas, and so much more.
Well, I got both cardio and strength, right?
