How are you all doing?
First I would like to report on the progress of my physical activities. I am now on week 7 of my C25K program. I am getting used to running now and I believe that by week 9, I should be ready for a real 5k.
Now to today's question: "Your favorite thinspo blog and why?"
Response: First, I have to confess that I had no idea what "thinspo" was. So I had to search and discovered that it meant thin inspiration. I have never considered searching for a best thinspo blog. However, I would like to state that there are many people on SP who inspire me to push on. Their success stories are motivating and show that if I persevere, I will reach my goal.
Who knows, some day, I might become someone's "thinspo" Hmmm, I just might be some day. That is another challenge to take up. I feel just right up to it!!!!!!!!

Today's challenge question is "What was the hardest thing you gave up during this "Weight loss?"".
My Response: I never considered this before now. I had to do some deep thinking and my realization was that, the one thing that I had to give up was my couch!! Every other thing is still the same. I have had to restructure the type of food I eat by incorporating more fruits and vegetables but I have not given up anything apart from my couch. My couch used to be my best friend but I hardly have the time to say hi now. It must be really lonely but I am sure it has realized that I HAVE MOVED ON. Maybe, it would find another friend but it won't be in my household because I am carrying my children along on this journey. This experience is really great. Not giving up anything but actually losing much, in terms of body fat. I am blessed to be on SparkPeople.
Have a blessed day or night friends!

Happy Sunday all!
My challenge question today is "Did people make ever make comment about your weight in a negative way?
My response is of course. Several times. However, it was my reaction that made the difference. One striking example was a few weeks ago, after losing about 35lbs. I had just started my C25K program and was jogging very early one morning. I got to the crossing and was waiting for the light, I didn't want to lose the tempo of my jogging, so i kept jogging-on-the-spot while waiting for the light to change. There was this guy in a huge van also waiting for the light and he look at me and shook his head in a VERY negative and irritating way. What did I do? I looked him straight in the eyes, gave a WIDE and BRIGHT smile, and mouthed "If only you know where I am coming from", and ended with a wave.
Luckily for me my light turned green first, so I had the pleasure of jogging right in front of him and blew him a kiss as I passed. I am so sure he will NEVER EVER forget "meeting" me because at the end of the day, he was the embarrassed one.
I have always being a very confident person, weight or no weight. I have achieved so much in life and wont allow anybody put me down. I have confidence in me and I have a way of putting people in their place.
I am beautifully (fearfully) and wonderfully made, and more so I resemble the Lord so all negative people have to tremble when they are around me. Yes they have to!!
Have a glorious week!

Today's challenge is to describe my workout routine.
My workout routine is basically running on alternate days, walking in days in between and strength training with dumbbells twice a week. On days that I can't go out, I use the stationary bike. I try to make things exciting for myself by doing steppers, dancing, jump ropes, or any other thing that catches my fancy.
I love to take up challenges, so right now; I am on the 28 day BootCamp video challenge. My workout is not rigid, however, I make sure to move my body as much as I can, in whatever form on a daily basis. When my body demands it, I take a rest and not overstretch myself to avoid injury.
I am now an exercise freak and I am totally loving it!
Remain Blessed All!

Today's questioon is silly; "Do you parents know and approved about your weight loss?"
No they do not know about it but if they do I am sure, they would be glad.
Have a nice night
