Yesterday -
Good portion control BUT I indulged in some Gertrude Hawke candy, my favorite.
Fiber - 24 grams
Exercise - did 30" Walk It Out video plus lots of store walking

Today -
Count fiber - at least 20 grams
Candy - 1 serving only allowed
Exercise - strength, try new wii exercise video

Saturday, Sunday, Monday -
Food Journal - recorded what eaten, not calories, over weekend, calories Monday
Did well all 3 days with portions
Exercise - Saturday - Walk It Out Video, Sunday - rest day, Monday - strength

Sunday my computer died. The tech thinks it's the hard drive. Since it's still under warranty he's going to contact the distributor for replacement of either the hard drive or the computer, depending on what they find when they open it up. I'm using my husband's laptop when I can for the time being.

Today -
Watch portions
Count fiber grams - at least 20 today
Exercise - cardio - at least 30"

Used my food journal - stayed within my calorie range, even though I had a sweet snack. But, YAY for me, I only had one.
Good portion control.
Cardio - 10" elliptical, 30" Walk It Out video, 30" store walking

  You did very well. As they say strive for PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION. When I was much younger I had migraines and I can tell you if it was in the beginning, middle or tail end I would not have done anything. Congratulations for doing the best you could, which was great!
