Hubby and I have started a new journey, we are doing a body cleanse this week, eating only raw (uncooked) foods, lots of fruits vegis and fresh greens, and adding a protein shake. We plan to do this for the week, and then each week slowly add more....
If anyone has any insight or has ever done a body cleanse, I would love more info!!
Well I think I am finally back on the "Wagon" so to speak. I have the scale moving in the right direction again, Now I just have to refind all that motivation I use to have. Hoping hubby and I can go for a walk today!!

I know i can do it, I am just feeling so discouraged right now.
In October I was 156 pounds, yay me!! But over the months I have put on 14 pounds as of yesterday....ughhh that is so frustrating. I worked so hard to get it off and I am once again, slowly but surely putting it back on. I am angry with my self, which just discourages me that much more. I try to eat as healthy as i can but then we will have a bad week ($ wise) and I have to beg steal and borrow just to get food on the table, so sometimes its not the healthiest (not even close) and I feel like i have to start over and over and over. 2 steps forward.......5 back!!
The recipes and suggestions were very helpful. I have never been a good grocery shopper, so being tight on money makes it that much harder for me. I just have to do alot more planning ahead.

I need help planning SUPER cheap ( I mean Super cheap) healthy meals. I was doin great and we hit hard times, and it seems like i cant win. We are broke and it is soooo hard to eat healthy with no money. I know everyone says you can, but really it seems impossible. We live on hamburger helper and mac n cheese (ok im exaggerating a little) but I cant seem to get it.
Well after a few months of holiday eating (over eating) and my internet being shut off I have gained a few pounds, but the holidays are over and my internet is back on and it is time to get my butt in gear and shed these extra pounds I have gained.
