I really thought it was too cold to run but this week is going to be hectic so I figured I better run while its 30. Did a 5k in 40 minutes. Little windy but I warmed up fast and did 5 mph. Woo hoo!
So I was thinking I may not get any exercise today if I didn't do something in the morning. So I did for twenty minutes and figured at least its something. Then to a get together where I ended up playing ping pong for about an hour. Woo hoo!
Snowshoeing 42 minutes today. Was near 30 here in midwest Ohio. Must have left my mp3 player at the gym Thursday....I missed it today. But gave me time to think without distraction that way.
...its great fun and exercise! I purchased some not too long ago and was able to use them for the first time today. I got them on Ebay for quite a bit less than retail. See my sparkpage for a close up picture of them. Here is me today out in it!

I love, love snowshoeing. It's a great workout and if you live in a state (WI) like I do, you can complain about all the snow or get out and enjoy it. Enjoy them for many years.
