Got in a pretty good amount of protein today and a good amount of cardio. I was only able to jog for 20 minutes, but I walked on an incline for 30 minutes so I totaled 50 minutes.

I had M&M's after dinner tonight, but I don't think that's too big a deal.

Well -- I binged today -- big time!!

I don't feel real well. I can't talk and I get tired easily. All I wanted to eat today was fruit and chocolate -- and lots of it. Then I wanted chips and hot sauce. So --- I ate, and ate, and ate some more. I think it's out of my system for a while.

I got in a decent bit of cardio today considering I can hardly breathe! I hope I feel better next week. It will make things a lot easier.

Day 25

I didn't track the last 2 days -- not because I did too bad or anything, I just wasn't able to get to a computer. My weight has stayed pretty much the same bouncing from 137-140 on any given day. I'm still struggling with the whole protein thing. I only got 59 grams today. (I made some poor eating choices today though). I need to get back to my morning protein smoothie concoction. I tried eating eggs in the morning, but blah!! A girl can only eat so many eggs before the idea of them gags her! I even tried adding the egg whites to my oatmeal. Gross -- I choked it down, but I could still taste the egg. I don't want to taste egg in my oatmeal. I'm adding almonds in more to my daily snacks, that's a few more grams of protein and I found some Peanut Butter that is awesome and has a good amount. I'll keep working on it and see where I find myself in a few days.

    I struggled with protein when I first started but now I find that it's easy to get in. I recently discovered Chobani yogurt - which has 14 grams of protein per serving. I also eat egg whites, which took some getting used to but now I can't eat the yolk anymore (seems gross). I don't eat them straight...usually make an omelet out of them.

    I tried the eggs in the oatmeal BLAHHHH not for me either thanks. I have tried cottage cheese mixed in to my oatmeal, that was a bit more bearable. Now I just usually mix up and abs diet smoothie. YUMMY.

1.) Get to 135 - 138.4 this morning
2.) increase protein - 58 grams today
3.) Keep cooking more at home - check
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - getting better
5.) Stay in calorie range - stayed in range today
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - off week - repair/reload week
7.) Increase strenght training -- off week - repair/reload week

Seems like the allergies are getting to me. I'm getting a sore throat and I'm really tired. Hopefully I'll start feeling better tomorrow. I'm going to see the Hannah Montana movie with some friends and our kids. WooHoo!??!

    I wish I was still encouraging myself! I am about to have our 3rd child (any day now). I haven't been the best at tracking during this pregnancy, I was either too sick, too hungry, or too tired LOL! I plan on get down to business before August though. Come back by and we can work on this together!

    You are inspiring me! I'm currently at 175 from 180. I am so excited that I nearly want to get a Snickers bar as a reward.-how dumb is that!-seeing your progress and blogs helps me realize that I, too, can have these feeling but I need to stick to the plan to see progress tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. Thanks.

Day 20

1.) Get to 135 - 139.4 this morning

3.) Keep cooking more at home - check
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - getting better
5.) Stay in calorie range - stayed in range today
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - didn't work out today -- went to get Easter dress for daughter. I'm also not feeling well, so I just took some Nyquil -- let's hope it works.
7.) Increase strenght training -- see # 6 :)
