Day 18

1.) Get to 135 - 140 this morning
2.) increase protein - not so good today
3.) Keep cooking more at home - check
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - not good today
5.) Stay in calorie range - stayed in range today
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - didn't work out today.

So -- I didn't do too well today -- I ate crap all day (except breakfast -- I started the day pretty well). I wasn't hungry much today, so I kind of ate snack stuff. I didn't choose too well though. I needed to go grocery shopping, so I didn't have things in the house that were better choices. Oh well - back to the grind tomorrow! I plan on doing a lot better this week!

5.) Stay in calorie range - still putting the info in.
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - didn't work out today
7.) Increase strength training - didn't work out today

1.) Get to 135 - 139.8 this morning
2.) increase protein - haven't tallied yet today - but I think I did pretty good.
3.) Keep cooking more at home - check - however I did eat out tonight
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - still working on this one
5.) Stay in calorie range - close today, may have gone over a little bit
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - didn't work out today
