Changed my calorie range today -- I am doing a lot of activity lately and need a bit more food. No higher than 1800 calories, no lower that 1240.

1.) get back to 140 - 140 today
2.) increase protein - 113 grams today
3.) increase water - check
4.) Cook at home more - check
5.) One ingredient foods - getting better at this
6.) Stay in calorie range - stayed under with new range
7.) Increase exercise - check -- 40 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes abs

  


Day 12

Sunday, March 29, 2009

1.) get back to 140 - 139.6 today
2.) increase protein - 103 grams today
3.) increase water - check
4.) Cook at home more - had a meal out today after church
5.) One ingredient foods - pretty good
6.) Stay in calorie range - went over a little bit today
7.) Increase exercise - check -- 20 minutes strength

  


Day 11

Saturday, March 28, 2009

1.) get back to 140 - 139.6 today
2.) increase protein - 70 grams today
3.) increase water - check
4.) Cook at home more - check
5.) One ingredient foods - pretty good
6.) Stay in calorie range - check
7.) Increase exercise - check -- 30 minutes

4.) Cook at home more - not today!!
5.) One ingredient foods - not good today
6.) Stay in calorie range - nope, 1,902 today
7.) Increase exercise - check -- 35 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes abs

Took today as my cheat day. I felt my body needed it. Back to the grind tomorrow
