So, straying from perfect eating on the 4th wouldn't have been too bad, but I was pretty good on the 4th. It was the rest of the weekendthat killed me!!!! I don't know what I was thinking. I couldn't even track my food, because I pretty much have no idea what all I ate!! I cannot seem to get my eating and weight loss back on track. I know what I need to do, but I keep letting things get in my way. You know what I'm talking about -- the husband wants to go out to eat, you don't say no, you plan to eat healthy but then order something not so good for you off the menu.
I have to put a stop to this or I will never reach my goal!
