So far I have been able to stay within my calorie range and keep my fiber intake high. The 4th was kind of hard due to a cookout, but I was able to keep close to my range, only going over by 37 calories (at least according to the calorie counter that's all I went over.)
I have been using SP's meal plan suggestions as a guide of sorts for my day. I see what they suggest and substitute with items I have on hand. (Of course I enter the caloric value of my items in the add food category.) This has really helped me see what a day's worth of food SHOULD look like. So far it has been easy. I hope I can keep up with my entries, etc. once I return to work.
