This weekend I splurged in calories one day, but since I kept my mini-goal of fitness each day, when I felt like berating myself ... I remembered to celebrate that I met my goal. And instead of feeling like giving up (as in the past ... oh well, I blew it, might as well quit), I reminded myself that it was okay. And when I didn't feel like "exercising" one day. I got out my MP3 and decided to dance in my living room. Before I knew it, I had boogied for 45 mintues and was sweating ... and the best part, I had a blast! Never give up!
