Walking Problem Solved

Friday, July 08, 2011

I am so excited! I've been working out and drinking my Shakeology drinks for 6 days now. I'm doing well. But even better than that, my hubby is picking up a treadmill tomorrow. YAY ME! Now I can workout in the mornings and walk/run at night (after work). The Vegas heat makes it impossible to spend any significant time outside. Having the treadmill solves my walking problem. Prayers answered.
Blessings,
Kimberly

Very true! I LOVE my treadmill. The past few months I have been trying to stick to switching off between that and my Wii Fit (when I'm actually home). I love them both. :) Keep up the great work. :) I'm happy for ya!

Working out at home on your elliptical machine should be a lot more enjoyable instead of working out in the hot climate in Vagas. Happy journey on the machine.

Starting Over Again and Again...

Monday, July 04, 2011

I made the decision to try this "thing" again. Yes. I call it a "thing". This "thing" I speak of is an ugly monster. It is the fight I have with myself EVERY day. Am I going to workout and eat right or am I going to do nothing? Well, here I am deciding to do something. I recently got introduced to and purchased some products I am very excited about.
1. Body Gospel exercise program
2. Shakeology
I am on DAY 2!! It was fun the first day. It kicked my butt today. But I am moving forward and pushing through. I CAN DO THIS!
Wish me luck and please pray I stay committed.

Blessings,
Kimberly

Yes you can Kimberly! Its an uphill journey but you have to keep climbing all the time. We just can't give up & give in....that would be disastrous for each of us...

God bless & enjoy everyday!

Oh, I saw your waist and hip measurements up there too. I SO don't believe that. There is NO WAY I am only 3 inches bigger than you in the waist and 5 inches more than you in the hips. I know good and well I am WAY BIGGER than you. Way bigger, shorter AND 27 pounds heavier! Measure again girl. LOL

You'll do emoticon I know it!

BOO. HOO. Update.

Sunday, March 21, 2010

BOO. HOO. Yes. It's one of those kind of blogs today. So if you're looking to be inspired, turn back now.

My fibromyalgia and arthritis pain have been killing me!! I have been eating REALLY CRAPPY food (and drinking LOTS of sweetened coffee). I haven't exercised in a week and a half. Also, I'm feeling more depressed.

Hopefully once I get back to eating better and exercising again then I'll feel better - both physically AND emotionally.

Praying for a better tomorrow.

Blessings,
Kimberly

Sorry to hear this. If I can help in anyway, let me know. I don't like hearing when friends are down. Cheer up! The joy of the Lord is our strength. Through Him, you'll feel great again!
God bless! Miss you!

You are not THAT depressing! Hey, at least you recognize that all the crappy food is making you feel icky...You can do this! If you get back to eating the healthy stuff, you will start to feel better! You may even see an improvement in your fibro and arth. pain. I don't have fibro, but I notice improvement in my joints when I eat healthier! Hang in there!

You go girl! Each and every purchase is worth it's weight in gold. Very valuable to help meet your goals. by the way Men seem to understand that you need the RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE RIGHT JOB (it is their logical brain syndrome) so WHEN your purchases are discovered ....and they will be (girls just cant keep a secret!) you have to use the LOGICAL ARGUMENT !!! good luck in the mean time using your new toys , I mean TOOLS! emoticon
