Feeling Amazing

Wednesday, July 17, 2013

I can't believe I have been on the Eat to Live journey for just over three weeks now. It is amazing the changes that I feel already. I am no longer a coca-cola junkie. I haven't had a headache in weeks (since the initial withdrawal stage). I have lost 18 lbs so far and the water retention throughout my body is subsiding. This lifestyle change is incredible. I am so excited knowing that the further I go with this the better mother and wife I will be.

On the right track...

Friday, July 05, 2013

I am nearing the end of week 2 of my lifestyle change. I have been doing Insanity Pure Cardio 3 x per week and Pilates 2 x per week. Strengthening my post baby core. I have also started following Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live program. I am already down 12 lbs and nearly 10 inches. I am definitely on the right track to lose the 50+ lbs I need to lose. I already feel amazing since I have been eating all natural non-processed foods. I had three days of withdrawal symptoms, but after that, I feel absolutely great!

Moving forward

Wednesday, August 25, 2010

Wow! Did Insanity - Max Interval Circuit last night. I did much better than the last time. I was able to do the side suidcides, which I could not do before. I have hit a plateau with the pounds lost, but I did add up that I have lost 20 inches in total, which I feel really good about. I am going to keep pushing through!

Rough Week

Wednesday, August 18, 2010

I had been doing so well, but this past week, things didn't go so well for me. I had to work a lot of Overtime...some of the time was from 8:00 pm at night until 4:00 am in the morning. It took it's toll on my sleep and left me little time for working out. I had no energy and was not getting enough sleep. I still feel a little out of sorts, but am going to get back on board my program tonight. Got to pick myself back up and dig deeper!

Game On

Tuesday, August 03, 2010

WOW! I just got back from a fantastic, relaxing vacation at the beach. I had a great time, but yesterday I started back up with Month 2 of my Insanity Program. Yesterday and today were both very tough, but I know that as each workout is completed I will become stronger and stronger. I love the fact that I know I can do anything I set my mind to. Someone gave me the following successories saying that reads:

Imagination: A mind onces stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions.
