Well workouts are going awwwwesome!! day 3 of making it to the gym, :) :) yaaay me!!
today was leg day and let me tell you if I can walk tomorrow it will be a miracle. BEST LEG WORKOUT evvvver!! 1 hour and 20 mins.. followed by a hour of cardio... today was a BIG SUCCESS!!!
now onto the eating... eating healthy - we always think we starve!! hahaha well... 6 meals is HARD TO GET IN!!! hahah im not hungry every 2 hours its now 730 and ive only had 3 meals today.. plus a post workout shake... so that is going to be really difficult - all my meals are cooked.. and ready to eat just being hungry enough to eat them..
but im working on it tomorrow can only get better

Ive been MIA lately because of the holidays and I havent really been working out or following any sort of workout routine.
So Ive talked about wanting to compete in a few of my blogs. & Ive worked with in the past some trainers..that were really well established in the fitness industry. But found that they didnt seem to have enough time for me. I found a trainer ( who is male) :) :) and voted number one trainer for Alberta ( my province) hes trained some of the best in the fitness industry Miryah Scott Andrea Smith Tannis Miller my gf Cat Heffernan - so I went to his site PAULANTHONY.CA and checked out some of his transformations.. AMAZING!!
So i signed up.. today is my first day on the program... diet and excercise!! and im amped..

Wow.. so that was super scary uploading those to my blog but it is what it is and the only thing to do now is change it :) so thats what im doing im working with him and in 2 weeks time I will post another progress pic :)
