It may be time to try something new... a new exercise routine, a new fitness goal, a different calorie range. I try to keep mixing things up. Do you track your food and exercise? For me accurately tracking food and calorie burn is probably one of the most important aspects.

Also, I actually have to eat more than the SP recommendation. I was having a hard time losing when I was at the low end. I still try to eat on the lower end of the range a few days a week, but I do better when my average above the high-end.

Good luck to you! You can do this. (If I can make this progress I'm sure you can too!)

There are some foods that I just can't eat if I want to lose and wheat is one of them. Pasta, breads, crackers, pizza, even if it is within my calorie range I still can't lose. You might have to add more fitness to your day too.
Your pictures are so beautiful!
Thanks for leaving such a beautiful comment on my blog.

Haven't gotten there yet, so I don't know. But remember that every body is different, and every body has different needs. You need to play with the numbers to find what works for you. More or less calories? Different, more intense workouts?
Have you tried posting some specific questions here, on teams, or the message boards? Everyone is great on giving feedback, and always happy to help.

Just remember to keep going. You'll get there, at your own pace. Keep trying, and keep being honest with yourself. Fooling yourself will get you no where.

You may have to kick it up a notch in order to shock your body into moving through a plateau. Your body gets used to the same routines and foods after a while and if you don't mix it up, it just stays the same. I also have to go back and make sure I'm tracking my food to the letter-- cheating on the tracking is a sure fire way to not see results. Most importantly, don't get discouraged. Sometimes these plateaus stick around for days, weeks, or even months. You just have to wait it out and work it off!!!!

Remember, slow and steady is the best way to keep it off so you're doing something right!

In my experience I could not do the recommended calories that spark people automatically calculate. I had do drop it down some. But don't go to low because you still need to have fuel to burn and stay healthy. I'm not sure what it has for you or what you are doing. I also eat on the low end of the carbs. I still eat them just small portions, with high fiber. My main exercise was walking briskly (doing a mile in approximately 15 minutes). At least 2 miles at a time 5-6 days a week. Hope this helps. Feel free to message me if you would like or have any questions.
