I met my goals this week; avg 9597 steps per week, avg 1501 calories per week, total 26.5 miles walking. The end result is I lost another pound!
I read that we should be thankful when things don't go right and I decided to try it. It is easy to be thankful for friends, family, and home but Saturday we lost the last key to our Xterra. Hmmm thankful? Well, yes indeedy. You see there was a time this would have been a crushing financial burden but now it is an inconvenience. I'm not happy about it but I am thankful that I know longer have to worry that something like a lost key would mean no food for my family or being late on my bills. I am truly blessed.
