Some Day Are Easier, Some Days....Not So Much

I feel like I am fighting a battle with no end. I want to get to the point where I can work to maintain. I have tried so many different ways to loose way and nothing has really been significant. I was so discouraged after completing a very difficult four month bootcamp class. I was much stronger and I did seem to loose a few inches but only four pounds lost. I worked so hard. My self esteem and resolve took a hit. I felt lost again. I cried out to God and that's when I came across SP.com. It was totally by accident or was it? My God is so faithful. I feel very uplifted. The tools on the site have and are so helpful, like nothing I have ever had. The motivation and information I get on a regular basis is priceless. I am still learning my way around the site and how to blog and meet new friends but that too will come. I feel I will reach my goals... :)

    I too have struggled and the more I tried to lose the weight I've put on in the past two years, the more I managed to put on...hopefully this page will do wonders for me! I already feel more motivated!! But just like your title says, some days are easier and some days are hard! Today I struggled on my walk and only managed to make it about 1.8 miles, yesterday I went for 3 miles...maybe I pushed too hard yesterday. But at least I went out there!

Keep going and we'll all get there! :)

    Don't give up! I am learning that the pounds don't come off as easily as they came on. I get frustrated but with small steps, I think it will eventually work.
