I know it's pitiful, but I just figured out about vegetables. I've always known they were good for you and that you should eat them and all that. But thanks to nutrition tracker, I have figured out that vegetables are freebies. Not many calories, not many carbs, no fat, no protein. Just something. I don't even know what. But at the end of the day when you look at nutrition tracker and think "I shouldn't have eaten that . . . ." You can still eat vegetables. Lots of them.
Ok. I know you all figured out vegetables a long time ago, but this is my big amazing "Oh, I get it!" moment on spark people. It's always the little things, isn't it.
