Play with it!!
1 TBSP whole wheat flour
1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP of low fat vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to blend the mixture OR, I prefer, 1 TBSP Unsweetened Applesauce
Mix all ingredients until combined in a mug.
Pop it in the microwave for 60-70 seconds. Then, enjoy!
if you like this you can mix up a batch of all the dry ingredients and save in a jar, just adding the liquid (yogurt, applesauce, etc) when you want to make one.
