Since my last blog I have tried to stay motivated, but I have hit a slump. Trying to stay constant with my sit ups in the morning, walking at work. My workout Sundays are not happening. And I just gained a pound, which does not help my plantar fascititis. What is going on??????!!!!

Don't want to do it lone, but I'm now facing the fact that I will have to. Get up on Sunday and walk by yourself/bike ride by yourself. Was thinking about taking a zumba class but with my work schedule it's not going to work out. i have to get out of this rut and fast!!!!....

    I also have plantar fascititis and it's been over a year, $100.00 shoes, shots every 2 weeks, a loss of 117 pounds, insoles that are made of something like fiber glass! In case your wondering YES my feet still hurt like ****! Good luck to you and I hope you have better success then me!

Frustration setting in....

So I went to a dr. appt yesterday b/c I was having problems with my left foot. Found out I have plantar fasciitis, and will have to get a heel insert (from the store) to help decrease the pain outside of inflamaton medication. So I didn't go walking today at lunchtime (besides the rain), but will find something else to do in place of walking for now/until I get the heel insert. Stepped on the scale and found out I gained 3 lbs. so what does this mean???....

Although a little disappointed in myself it could've been worse. I have been seeing a change in my waistline, but not the pounds. Gotta start getting up on sunday mornings and bike ride before it gets tooo cold. Will also go back to my 100 situps a day to compensate. Updated my goals so I don't have to worry about not making that goal :-0

On the right track..

It's been a few weeks since my last blog. I have been doig okay. Not eating too much and trying to stay consistent with exercising, if only for 5/10 minutes. So this is what I have been consistent with for the past week or two:

Went bike riding (around the development) on Sunday morning. Didn't want to go by myself, but decided to just get it done!!! Been doing 100 situps and bike curls (however you call it) in the morning when I wake up. Then I go walking around my building at work everyday (except in the rain) at 4pm (lunch break). Then when I get home if my daughter wants to go bike riding we ride around. So I've almost tripled my workouts 5 days a week, relax on Saturday and start bike riding on Sunday mornings to start the week.

Haven't stepped on the sale yet, but noticed my waist is getting smaller. I bought capris no more than a month or two ago and the waist is big. Now if I could get rid of my forever muffin top and shave half of my inner thighs (to get rid of the "swish walk") it would be great!!!!

    I think wearing the right waist band on your pants helps a lot with the muffin top! If your pants are not cut very low, that area doesn't bulge as much. Still, you are doing what it takes to make your body shape up. Keep on sparking!

Gotta get up and workout. One more time on the snooze and its time to get up. Have to workout before I get ready for work. So I click on Sparkpeople workout videos to see what there is. A lot of stuff to choose from. The pilates one was too much.. let's try bolly dancing. It was a lot of fun! This could be something I do every morning! Looking to do this again! Went walking. Didn't go to the park, just around the development. Was a nice day foer walking. If this keeps up maybe I'll go running tomorow. Gotta get some cross trainer sneakers so when I run I don't feel my shin muscles tightening up. :-)
