So, I had a very bad Saturday! My husband and I went over to a friend's house for game night, sushi and chocolate fondue! I was very very good until that fondue came out! I knew that it would be okay for me to eat some since I have been so good with my cardio and my nutrition. However, I still felt guilty after I had eaten it. IT WAS SO YUMMY though! I told my trainer about it a few days later and how I was feeling guilty and didn't really want to get on the scale on Thursday, but to my surprise I was down another few pounds! He said that, in moderation, it is okay to allow yourself to eat a meal high in calories so it jumpstarts your body and lets it know that you aren't going to starve it. I guess it worked! Although I probably won't eat like that once a week, I still won't feel quite so guilty next time!
